Our Team / Rosemary J. Nevins
Working with management has been my passion. The preventive work I have done, especially the supervisory training sessions, has been the most rewarding. As an educator by trade, I have enjoyed creating engaging and practical, hands-on management workshops to arm supervisors with the right information to make the right decisions and thereby reduce the risk of legal claims for their companies. I firmly believe that it is much better to try to avoid problems before they arise rather than trying to fix them after they've arisen.
